my sample came out nice, brought some things up to their attention, they promised me a fix and delivered come time for the bulk order. My shirts came out pristine! I was very happy with the end result. very communicative as well and their turnaround time was a realistic 2 weeks between the discussion of wants and needs, designs, sizing fitment, quality control and shipment. Not terrible if you ask me. definitely would do business with this manufacturer again. I hope they can deliver you the same easing shoppers experience as they did for me!
